The 2025 Florida and Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo will take place May 6-9, 2025, 
at Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, FL. This multi-day event brings together RV park and campground
owners, operators, managers, staff, and suppliers. Whether you’re in the industry or looking to join, this is a

REGISTRATION IS QUICK AND EASY - YOU DO NOT NEED A LOGIN or A SPECIFIC EMAIL ADDRESS. To register, enter your email address (it does not have to be an email we already have in our database - any
valid email will do), then click "Submit" to complete the required fields. You may register as either an Attendee (to attend all sessions) or register for Exhibit Space (for suppliers and companies wishing to exhibit at the
trade show). If you are not a current member or your membership has expired, please register at the
non-member rate or contact the FRVCA office to renew your membership or discuss your membership
options. Note: For exhibitors, the Exhibit Space Non-Member rate includes one year of supplier
